2. What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
Please call us in office hours on 01226 391239, or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take every effort to resolve any issues with delivery, including sending a replacement product where necessary.
3. What are the delivery options?
We offer Royal Mail first class postage and Next Day tracked delivery. Items ordered Monday – Saturday 6am – 5pm will be shipped on the same day.
4. What are your delivery costs and time frames?
Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. We offer Next Day Tracked for urgent orders, or standard Royal Mail First Class. If you require a different delivery option, please contact us on 01226 391239 or email@example.com
5. Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We ship orders as soon as possible, often on the same day. Amendments cannot be made once shipping has occurred. Should you wish to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01226 391239 or firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible this will be accommodated.
6. Is it possible to get the technical data sheets for a product?
We hold copies of the technical data for all our products. If you would like this supplying, please let us know and we will be happy to include a copy in your shipment, or alternatively to email you the information you need.
